FallaIngrouille was established in Guernsey November 2003. We were the first fully independent finance brokerage within the local instalment credit industry, arranging funding for both personal and business needs.

Commenced working in the industry in the early 1980’s and is today one of the most experienced and knowledgeable persons still in that industry.

As well as either working for or running two other local finance companies, was involved in setting up and as a Director, running RoyScot Guernsey Limited, a highly respected and successful wholly owned subsidiary of The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Set up Falla Ingrouille Finance Brokers with ex-RoyScot colleague Tim Ingrouille following the acquisition of the RoyScot brand by another UK based finance house.

Garry Falla, has over 25 years in the Guernsey loan & finance industry. Following setting up and running RoyScot Guernsey Limited, a highly respected and successful subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland he spotted the need for a more personal approach to both personal and business loans in Guernsey. Falla Ingrouille was borne out of that vision in 2003.

Garry is Guernsey born. He represented Guernsey at the under 16 football vs Jersey (Star Trophy) and is a Founder Member of the Marathon Club of Guernsey.

Adrian Welch started in the loans and finance industry in 1999 and has worked for two of the largest local finance houses with whom he now places business. He joined FallaIngrouille in 2004 and became a partner in 2007 alongside Garry Falla. Having done this job for 14 years now, he has gained a vast knowledge of both products and customers and the best way of making finance for the customer as easy as possible.

He was born in Guernsey, educated at The Grammar School, played bowls for the Island at Commonwealth Games and World Bowls, winning the World Indoor Mixed Pairs title in 2001. Adrian has since retired from the sport to spend more time with his family and to concentrate his efforts on FallaIngrouille.
 
He loves the work that he does as it enables customers to buy something they desire, improve their home, take that holiday, maybe improve the quality of their life or simply help them to manage financially for the future.
